Shipping
How will Covid-19 affect shipping time?
We're pleased to inform you that shipping + delivery time on your orders are not affected by the situation per today. We also have the same shipping and return policies as usual. Our warehouse is fully operational, but those who are able to work from home are currently doing so. Each employee can safely work at a distance from each other at our warehouse.
When will my order arrive?
Even though here at Jorjes Shop we try to ship our orders as quickly as possible, The time it takes before you'll receive your order depends on where you're located. Delivery time is the time it takes from the day you place your order until it's delivered to you. This includes up to three business days* for our warehouse to process, pack, and prepare your order for shipping. Shipping time is the time it takes from the day your order is shipped from our warehouse until it's delivered to you. Delivery time is currently:
• 2-6 business days for Europe
• 3-8 business days for US, Canada & Australia
Shipping time is currently:
• 1-4 business days for Europe
• 2-6 business days for the US, Canada & Australia.
Keep in mind that the above are estimates and not guaranteed.

What countries do you ship to?
At Jorjes Shop, we are constantly working on growing our shipping network. This is a complete list of countries we currently ship to (alphabetically sorted):* Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. *We do not ship to Turkey, Åland, Guernsey, the Channel Islands (including, but not limited to Jersey and Guernsey) the Cayman Islands, Malta, Principality of Monaco. An order placed to any of these destinations may be canceled by us at any time without prior notice. Upon cancellation, the payment will be reimbursed. Again, as we are always working to expand the Jorjes family, please revisit as we will keep this page up to date with the latest intel and any new shipping destinations.
Can I ship an order to a military address?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to military address due to address verification issues. If you place an order addressed to a military address, it will most likely be canceled within 3 business days and you can expect your refund shortly after this. Check-in on this article at a later date in case this changes.
I can't track my order.
If you are experiencing issues tracking your order, please remember:
• It can take up to 24 hours from when you receive the shipping confirmation until the tracking number is activated through the tracking service.
• Make sure you are using the tracking details from your shipping confirmation email, not the order confirmation (these are two separate emails).
Can you ship express/expedited?
We're currently not offering any express/expedited shipping options in any of our regions. We're working on having this service available in the future, so check in on this article at a later date for any changes.
Orders
How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition we sent them to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, broken stamps will not be accepted. If the condition of the product sent back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to return or exchange. Products that have been customized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns made without a receipt may be rejected. Jorjes Shop reserves the right to deny any returns.
Can I cancel my order?
One of our biggest priorities is making sure our customers get their products as soon as possible, therefore we work closely with our warehouse to ensure minimal time between ordering and shipping. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or change any orders made on our system once they have gone through the checkout process. Once you receive your order, you can simply return it. Note that you must have received the order prior to initiating a return. For information about how to return an order, please go to the first FAQ of this section, named "How can I return my order?"
Where's my order confirmation?
Haven't received your order confirmation so far? There are a few reasons why this could happen:
• Your e-mail address was misspelled.
• The order confirmation went to your spam-folder.
• The order is not yet processed in our system.
If you have not received anything within 24 hours, please click on the "Contact us" button below, and we'll reply as soon as possible!.
I need to change the content of my order.
Here at Jorjes Shop we try to ship our orders as quickly as possible, this is why it is impossible to change any orders made on our system once they have gone through the check out process. If you have ordered the wrong product, size or quantity, you can initiate the return process after the delivery has been made. In the mean time you can place a new order with the correct item(s). For information about how to return an order, please go to the first FAQ of this section, named "How can I return my order?"
I need to change my shipping details.
Here at Jorjes Shop we try to ship our orders as quickly as possible, this is why it is impossible to change any orders made on our system once they have gone through the check-out process. Once you get your shipping confirmation, you may be able to contact the shipping provider of your region and arrange for delivery in an alternate address when you provide them with the tracking number. In the worst-case scenario where the parcel never finds its way to you, it will be returned to our warehouses and processed as a return. If that is the case, you will get a voucher of the amount of the order to spend in our store.

I've recived the wrong items.
If you've received the wrong item(s), please contact us via email (info@jorjes.shop). Please include an overview photo of the product you've received, the tag showing the product code and your order number. We'll do our best to handle this as quickly as possible!

What payment options do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

I am having issues at chekout.
In order for our team to assist you, please follow the contact form below providing the following details:

• Browser used (Safari/Edge/Chrome/Firefox/etc)
• The exact point of checkout (Do you get to the payment screen? / Does this happen after?)

• Have you tried using a different browser or platform?
Make sure you include all the details above so we can assist you as they are very important to identify the source of the problem. Sometimes just trying a different browser can solve this issue.
My payment has been declined.
Here at Jorjes Shop, we are passionate about privacy and data protection, so we do not access specific information regarding individual payments, but here are a couple of reasons why payments are declined:
• Using multiple names, addresses, and other payment details within a short period of time can result in flags that payment platforms raise to notify your bank, causing payments to be declined. If you think this could be the case, it's best not to keep trying and contact your bank as repeated attempts can make things worse.
• If you are ordering from abroad and your bank is not aware of this (or if they have an anti-theft policy related to foreign countries) your bank could stop activity in order to protect you from fraud.
• Last but not least, please make sure all the details entered are correct and if you have any further queries please contact your bank to clarify. They can see the specifics of each transaction and explain to you what the issues were.
